To effectively plan, organize, implement control and sustain compliance of workable policies and procedures of warehousing and logistics operation on a National level.
To oversee the movement, distribution and storage of materials in an organization. To oversee warehouse, inventory control, material handling, customer service, transportation and shipping operations.
To control the flow of incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure customers receive products on time.
To provide SMMI management with accurate and reliable data of finished products (Flour & Premixes), supplies including rented Pallets and other valuable information relative to inventory, warehouse and transportation and logistics management.
To effectively manage the Warehouse Contractor and the Truckers so that all transactions made are in accordance with the established standard set by SMMI management.
