Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Logistics In-Charge to oversee and manage all logistics operations, ensuring efficient flow of goods from warehouse to delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise logistics operations.
· Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of goods and transactions.
· Coordinate with purchasers, drivers, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.
· Implement company policies on delivery schedules, dispatch, and safety compliance.
· Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports.
· Handle team scheduling and work assignments.
Qualifications:
· College graduate or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain.
· At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Excel or inventory systems.
· With leadership experience and ability to handle a team.
· Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
