Job Description: * Plan and oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget for Shopee Logistics team * Create new and standardize ongoing logistics budget reports * Run adhoc analyses to identify root cause of issues identified driving Job Description: Plan and oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget for Shopee Logistics team Create new and standardize ongoing logistics budget reports Run adhoc analyses to identify root cause of issues identified driving deviation of key performance metrics from targets Monitor reports on key logistics budget performance metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders and senior management Liaise with local budget team for monthly and quarterly budget submissions Monitor pricing matrix vs. competitors and suggest rate changes to keep Shopee's competitive advantage Manages Logistics P&L and makes recommendation on further improving and keeping metrics within targets Identify key regions for shipping fee optimizations, including but not limited to 3PL allocation optimization and identifying opportunities for rates negotiation Works on pricing studies taking into account the competitiveness of Shopee's fees and the operational feasibility of the recommendations Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, or similar role Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus, but is not required Professional certification/license such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous and detail-oriented Capable of handling multiple tasks and work under pressure Strong grasp of numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and collaboration skills.
