LOGISTICS DIVISION EXPEDITER
PRIMARY TASK:
Planning daily errands from the purchase order or job order provided by the supervisor
Pickup and delivery of materials
Verifying the quantity conditions and specification of the item against the purchase order
Monitoring items picked up or delivered through the logbook
Monitoring of spare parts left with the supplier
Coordinating with purchasing staff from time to time in case of urgent requisitions for pickup
SECONDARY TASK:
HRIS creation of the purchase order
Filing of documents
Outsourcing of material or service on the field
Performs other tasks directed by the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of any 4-year course
Vocational course graduates are also welcome to apply.
Has basic knowledge of the repair of diesel and gasoline engines.
has a driver's license
Can drive four-wheel vehicles and motorcycles
Willing to work in Tayud Consolacion.
Can start ASAP.
