Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation efficiency in both operations and capacity
Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process deliveries
Execute a logistics plan to move products to reach destinations from suppliers to customers safely, securely, and on-time
Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
Reconcile physically all deliveries with that of its corresponding documents
Check and examine quality of materials before arranging dispatches
Supply materials on time to meet production schedules and deadlines
Check, inspect and manage returns/ backloads from customers
Document all materials return records to troubleshoot quality issues
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
Requirements
Deep knowledge of logistics system, understanding transportation limitations and regulations
Strong familiarity in Metro Manila and surrounding geography
Keen to details
Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferably residing in Bulacan
