LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Job Description:
Receive SO and ITR from Warehouse Coordinator for computation of CBM and delivery planning
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor for final delivery schedule and budget request
Submit SO and ITR from Warehouse Coordinator to Accounting Invoicing for processing of TOS/SI/DR
Coordinate with Warehouse Checker and Zoning In-charge for final loading
Prepare Gate Pass and packing list for Delivery Out
Communicate with shipping lines and trucking service provider for schedules and status of shipments
Process waybill, handling, CPA and reservations at shipping lines
Prepare request for petty cash fund for delivery and anthro installation
Prepare liquidation report
Generate TOS summary to Mindanao and submit to Warehouse Supervisor Cebu and Davao
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any Business related course
With advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent planning and organizing skills
