Job Qualification
Graduate of any four-year course or bachelor's degree
At least with 1 year working experience in logistics management
Keen, meticulous, and well organized
Has initiative and possesses a positive attitude
Can work with less supervision
Job Description
Schedule and dispatches deliveries of finished goods and/or pick-up of products and materials
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
Handle/oversee materials receiving, storage, dispatch
Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
Tracking and fixing shipping errors
Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Coordinate with various department/ personnel re logistics requirement
Analyze logistical data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency of the section
Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics
