Job Description
The coordinator will monitor and coordinate with the 3rd Party warehouse operations to ensure that service levels for Quality, GWP, Sanitation, and warehouse processes meet and maintain the standards.
In-charge of monitoring and coordinating the vessel operations at the unloading ports ensuring efficient unloading operations and accuracy of stocks unloaded. This includes processing of necessary payments and documents to PPA (Philippine Ports Authority) and others as necessary.
Truck booking and coordination for direct deliveries from depots.
Coordination with sales regarding delivery concerns and requirements.
Coordination with personnel assigned for Container Van shipping and shipping lines to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability at depots.
