Description
Job Description
1.Receive returned products, documents and collection payment for Cash On Delivery (COD) transactions and follow procedures in processing returns
2.Account cash receivable from COD transactions and turn over to Accounting
3.Handle cash fund of the Department and liquidate expenses of the Department timely
4.Check and document all RTVs like products, carboy, drums and documents after delivery
5.Provide support in tracking of the shipment of finished orders
6.Forward returned products in good condition to FG staff for restocking on stocking shelves
7.Forward returned products that are not in good condition to concerned Department
8.Encode COA and other delivery document like delivery date, address of recipient as supporting documents for delivery
9.Update inventory list of Finished Goods
10.Assist in monthly inventory of Finished Goods
General Requirements:
1. With at least 1 year of related experience
2. High attention to details and organizational skills
3. High regards to timely communication and coordination
4. Proficient in cash handling
4. Willing to be trained in Cainta, Rizal Head Office
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: No
