• Validation of shipping documents
• Application of import permit
• Coordinate the shipment to Broker, forwarder and National Telecommunication Commission
• Monitor the shipment from origin up to delivery to warehouse
• Coordination to shipper for the incoming shipment
• Validation of duties and taxes
• Update the team and send the weekly report to the team

Knowledge: Microsoft Access, Communication and persuasion
