Job Description
To ensure proper accounting of Finished Goods (Flour/Feeds/Aquafeeds), Micro and Macro Raw Materials (SBM, Feed Wheat, Lysine, other Micro/Macro RM ), Packaging Materials, & Basemix that physical count reconciles with the accounting perpetual count. Also, the Logistics Assistant is responsible for the effective logistics support to the entire Food Group thru effective management of third party logistics that will ensure customer satisfaction on their delivery requirement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducts daily inventory count of all Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products stored in all of the warehouses in Cebu.
2. Ensures that Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products inventory count reconciles with accounting perpetual count.
3. Prepares and submits daily and monthly Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products for management's information.
4. Traces inventory variances and seeks Visayas Logistics Supervisor's disposition of the variance.
5. Coordinates with accounting Inventory Analyst for actions on the variance disposition.
6. Keeps records of the variance disposition.
7. Ensures that all Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products movements are properly documented.
8. Ensures proper storage of Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products. Non-conformance to the standard storing procedure should be reported to the Visayas Logistics Supervisor for immediate action.
9. Monitors and submits regular report on FG aging. Near to expire product should be reported immediately.
10. Monitors Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products' condition during the conduct of the physical daily counting. Non - conformance product should be recorded and reported accordingly.
11. Monitors Finished Goods (FG), Raw Materials (RM), and Specialty Products' movement and reports to Visayas Logistics Supervisor for FIFO non-compliance.
12. Prepares and updates the Variance Cause Analysis report.
13. Monitors and coordinates finished goods deliveries from plant to port of destination.
14. Assists customers, TBMs (Territorial Business Managers), RSM (Regional Sales Manager) in the delivery of their orders from port to customer warehouse, Toll mill to warehouse (Vitarich, Leganes and Cebu), Toll mill to port of Iloilo and vice versa.
15. Coordinates with accounting, warehouse team and sales in the changes of the mode of delivery as agreed with the customer to ensure adjustments are reflected in the sales budget.
16. Coordinates booking requests with shipping lines for Raw Mats and Finished Goods.
17. Coordinates with Sales Team and Iligan/Cebu Warehouse Team on daily delivery schedules and status regardless the mode of shipment: Tramping, Container vans, & Trucking.
18.Responds to logistics-related customer complaints by identifying corrective actions necessary to address the complaint.
19. Monitors stock-diversion and stock-returns in PANAY Region
20 .Monitors and ensures containerized cargoes are within the allotted port free storage days to ensure no unnecessary demurrage charges.
Qualifications
The position requires 1 year experience as Warehouseman and Transport Coordinator.

1. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures specifically in relation to inventory.
2. Ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with colleagues.

6. Computer literacy in data processing and required software.
