JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
• Order Managementa. Receives ordering form to all PT Stores (9)
b. Consolidates stock orders according to delivery schedule.c. Encoding of orders at Navisiond. Coordinates with branches for concerns related to stocks order adjustment.
• Documentation Managementa. Matches all quantities and items per delivery receipt of PT Stores against the posted transfer orders into the system.
• Administrativea. Maintains a complete and orderly file of all documents related to the function.b. Handles other support activities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Business course or related
• Good communication skills
• Advance knowledge in MS Excel
• Has relevant experience in Logistics
