ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Locksmith Dispatchers to help support our US based locksmith service Companies spread across the USA who provides varying services to both private and commercial customers in the states of Wisconsin, Indiana and North Carolina. It is fast paced, and you need to be logistically minded - think playing chess. This position will be virtually supporting the client to help accept, manage, coordinate with customers, technicians and close jobs. The role will be required to work in alignment with the Eastern and Central USA time zones which will be an night shifts. Availability during this time is a prerequisite of the role and candidates unable to commit to this shift will not be considered for the opportunity.
What is expected of you:
Handling Inbound Jobs
Answering Calls, SMS and Chat to accept new locksmith jobs from both direct customers phoning in, and lead generator jobs;
Work with our Live Answering team who will also be handling calls, including providing pricing for insurance jobs;
Dispatch
Dispatching the jobs that have been accepted either by yourself, or our Live Answering Team;
Monitoring Technician Locations, and workload;
Provide Support with follow-ups for both customers and technicians
Job Administration
Ensuring that jobs are completed and provided closings within set time frames
Sending Invoices and Receipts to Customers
Providing Support to corporate clients both existing and new with updated W-9 Forms and Insurance Requirements
Providing the director support with reporting.
Requirements
YOUR SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a position as an Service Dispatcher or experience in the BPO Field in accounts handling service jobs
BPO EXPERIENCE isn't required
Excellent English communication skills, including advanced written and spoken Language proficiency
Demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
Time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Demonstrated experience in developing a high standard of correspondence and administration.
