LOCAL SALES LEADER
Qualifications:
- With Bachelor's Degree/ preferably in the field of Sales
- Preferably with background/ experience on Sales
- Familiar with local customs and regulations
- Good Human Relations Ability Especially in Handling Customers
- Good English communication skills and with Basic MS Office Applications skills but intermediate in MS Excel
- Fit for a fast paced and high pressure working environment
- Experience in handling multiple tasks with competing deadlines and coordination in multiple levels
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Received Customer Purchase Order.
- Convened Concerned Officers for Order Confirmation.
- Send Back Confirmed Order to Respective Customer.
- Prepare documents for Farm-In & Farm-out:
- Make Summary Sales
- Make Statement of account to all local customers
- Input & Update all PO’s received from customer (Order Balance Update)
- Schedule/Shipping Report
- Apply & Renew Letter of Authority
