Salary: PHP16K-18.5K packaged

Job Description:
We are looking for a well-spoken telesales representative to be responsible for cold-calling potential key accounts over the telephone. The telesales representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, looking for the key decision makers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, documenting customer information, and forwarding qualified accounts to a key accounts specialist.
A successful telesales representative has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Responsibilities:
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone using scripts
• Finding the key decision maker and making contact
• Asking questions to engage customers and fill up the needs analysis form
• Sending the appropriate program packages based on customer need
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Attending program update meetings
• Daily reports
• Meeting call number quotas
• Meeting sales quotas.
Requirements:
• With at least 6 months solid Telesales experience
• College graduate of any 4- or 5-year courses
• Can work in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino languages.
• Creative thinking skills.
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software especially soft phone programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Self-propelled, resourceful and driven. Doesn't need to be supervised most of the time.
• With integrity - will do the right thing even when no one is watching
• Punctual, never late.
The work environment:
• This division is on start-up mode. You will be one of the first, if not the first agent.
• Work onsite in a small office in Tandang Sora, QC with limited personnel (up to 4 only)
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Communication and persuasion, Sales
