Roles and Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Mortgage Brokers to ensure new loans are prepared and submitted in a timely manner, loan settlements run smoothly, CRM is maintained, and compliance requirements are met.
Activities include;
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package
- Entry of loan applications into Infynity (CRM) and Apply Online (database & lodgement system) from initial
contact to settlement
- Prepare and maintain file management of all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan
disclosures
- General administration, office duties and assisting our brokers
- Ensure you maintain and comply with the established regulations and law requirements
- Follow-up with relevant parties on valuations, settlement instructions & loan contracts
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 months experience in the Banking / Finance Broking industry in as a Loan Processor or similar
role for Australian Mortgage Loan Processing
- Qualification in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field
A Successful Candidate must have
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Good multi-tasking abilities with outstanding time management and organizational skills
- High degree of computer literacy, database skills and MS Office skills
- Self-motivated, organized and ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
