Job Description
Urgent hiring for Loan Representative!!!
Location: Venture Motorcycle Sales Corporation
Branch: Rizal St., Brgy. 1, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro
Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Operations Department
1. Accommodation / orientation of clients for the whole process of their loan application.
2. Ensure completeness of loan requirements prior to submission of loan application to Zurich Loan Processors.
3. Contact/ Inform client for the status of their loan application.
4. Prepares sales invoice for all motorcycle sales.
5. Prepares and submit “Loan Information” for all approved loan application to Zurich Loan Processor/s.
6. Prepares and disclose financial agreement to approved loan client.
7. Prepares summary of releases weekly.
8. Report all comprises of clients (active or in arrears) to Account Officer/s.
9. Report all surrendered units to Account Officer/s.
B. Accounting Department
1. Receives payment and issues corresponding Official Receipts.
2. Prepares deposit slip and deposit daily collection before banking hours.
3. Prepares daily collection report.
4. Encode received repayments to Instafin
5. Prepares computation of amount due from borrowers.
6. Compute pre-termination of loan accounts of clients.
7. Perform other related work that maybe assigned from time to time.
Key Results Area:
1. Effective submission of application form and requirements of clients to Loan Processors.
2. Clear and accurate preparation of the required Financial Agreement with complete signature of clients.
3. Proper and on time posting of client’s repayment.
4. On-time submission of reports to Loan and Account Officer
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial and Accounting Management.
2. Preferably with six (6) months and above related work experience in a banking, financing or lending industry
3. Fresh graduates may be considered if the internship is related with banking, financing or lending industry.
