In partnership with our client, MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is seeking a Loan Processor who will be working for our client who is a market leader in ownership and operation of motorcycle dealerships and retail accessories outlets engaging in the sale of new motorcycles, used motorcycles, accessories and parts, finance, insurance, and warranty as well as service and repair with centers in Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
As the Loan Processor, you will liaise with clients and referrers to keep them up to date, as well as lenders to ensure the applications are moving effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client relationship management
• Seeing an application through from submission to settlement
• Examine applications of potential borrowers
• Conduct credit background checks
• Evaluate client eligibility for a loan
• Liaise with business partners for a smooth application process
• Update the clients with the progress of the applications
• Complete end to end file management and follow up
• Liaise with banking representatives
Key Requirements:
• Must have at least 3 years' Automotive Finance experience in credit and loan processing within the Australian market
• Fluent in Mercury Software and MS Office Suite
• Able to work in a team environment
• Qualifications in Banking, Finance or Accounts
• Must be able to comprehend direct and indirect lending procedures
• High attention to details
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
