Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of loans from Loan Application preparation and submission
- Coordinate with the team to meet our member's deadlines
- Application tracking, updates and followup with stakeholders
- Coordinate with the Mortgage Adviser to ensure a smooth process from submission to settlement
- Phone and chat communications with customers
Qualification:
- At least 1 year of experience as a loan processor an Australian Mortgage Broker
- Preferably with experience using multiple loans processing platforms (i.e. Mercury, ApplyOnline, Podium)
- Very strong attention to detail
- A positive attitude and good sense of humor
- High level of professionalism
- Proven time management and prioritization skills
