Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set-up of loan application and data entry in CRM
- Collect, verify and follow-up supporting documents
- Prepare loan serviceability calculators
- Order property valuations
- Prepare and follow up discharge forms
- Prepare compliance documents
- Finalise complete loan file and lodge with lender
- Track loan through to settlement
- Regular follow-up with valuers, lenders and mortgage solicitors with status update reports
- Notification of loan approval
- Complete settlement checklist
- Post settlement activities
REQUIREMENTS:
General Skill Sets Required:
- Graduate of 4 year business course
- Has related experience in Loan processing, investigation, documentation and coordination with institutions like Banks. Such experience is earned directly from loan or lending companies.
- Highly organized individual who has excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Adept in numbers and has background in finance/accounting might be an advantage but not required
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Office 365 such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Computer and Internet savvy
- Must be resident of Pampanga or other nearby province
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
- Available to work immediately
ADVANTAGES:
A person who has the following background will have an edge:
- Experience liaising with banks for loan applications and processing, preferably with foreign banks like Australian (WestPac, ANZ, etc.), US or UK banks
- Has worked with English speaking nationalities like Australian, US or UK
- Worked in a BPO environment is also an advantage but not required
