The position is primarily responsible for validation and preparation of loan, legal and collateral documents of all loan accounts submitted by the Sales Team. It will ensure that the terms and conditions of the loan are complied. The position is also responsible for various activities related to the registration and annotation of mortgage.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four year course
Knowledge on loan regulatory requirements is a must for this role.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Must have good analytical skills and good communication skills in both oral and written
Must be analytical, highly organized and should be keen on details
At least one (1) year of banking experience in mortgage loan documentation
Willing to do field work
