Job Collection
QUALIFICATION:
• College Graduate
• Team Player
• Excellent in oral and written communication
• Keen to details
• Willing to relocate
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend to members loan queries
• Evaluates and process member loan applications
• Files and maintains loan records
• Process loan insurance remittance
• Prepares/Submit monthly loan reports
• Posting of various accounts:
• Billings
• Short-term loans
• Monitors delinquent members status and follow up collections
• Issue Letter of Notice and Demand Letter to RESIGNED/AWOL/delinquent members
• Transfer delinquent accounts to Co-Makers
• Generate and send COOP Deductions (every payroll cut-off)
