JOB Responsibilities:
Attend to members loan queries
Evaluates and process member loan applications
Files and maintains loan records
Process loan insurance remittance
Prepares/Submit monthly loan reports
Posting of various accounts:
Billings
Short-term loans
Monitors delinquent members status and follow up collections
Issue Letter of Notice and Demand Letter to RESIGNED/AWOL/delinquent members
Transfer delinquent accounts to Co-Makers
Generate and send COOP Deductions(every payroll cut-off)
Monitors and follow-up COOP Collection payroll lists
Prepares/submit monthly delinquency and collection reports
