As Liquid Manufacturing Technician , you will perform basic manufacturing procedure as per CGMP, GQP/GQMP, EHS and will ensure bulk availability for packaging operation as per schedule.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Implements production schedule based on planned daily/weekly schedule
Ensure all production activity complies with all GSK corporate quality and safety standards and local regulatory requirements as per CGMP, GQP/GQMP and EHS
Complies with proper, accurate and timely documentation
Control procedures of materials as per SOP/MBR
Ensure proper 5s in area of responsibility
Assists in handling of inventory of ethyl alcohol
Perform BPCS encoding/transactions, such as shop order closing, posting of labor hours, end balances, etc
Perform products close-out/reconciliation on specified lead time
Assist in review, revision of SOPs, MBRs, and other manufacturing/policy related procedures
Achieve specific objective as per PDP
Set up, cleaning and sanitation of process equipment/tools/apparatus
Initiates and participates in process improvement to improve KPIs, achieve operating profit and compliance
Closing of CAPAs with less supervision
Issue/follow-up request of work order
Perform quality and EHS Level 1 audit
Anticipates/plan production schedule and production change-over
Monitor and records room temperature & RH
Coordinates preventive maintenance schedule
Troubleshoot of minor problems of equipment and make necessary adjustment to prevent operational delays/downtimes
Monitors calibration of critical equipment
Assists in training and coaching of newly hired employees
