Participate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysis . Ability to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems recommend solutions to be implemented . Preferable to have work experience on migration/upgradation projects . Responsible for SLA compliance . Communicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL process . Technical Certification REDHAT Linux . Providing technical oversight and consultation services. . Perform hardware and software technology refreshes, ensuring milestone compliance while coordinating with MPs to minimize disruptions L2 level. . Perform back-up/recovery functions for Linux server environments. . Perform all security/compliance functions for Linux server environments. . Experience in powerlinux servers . Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts Level 3 |6- 9 YRS . Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation projects . Basic knowledge on scripting and automation .
