Dash10 Managed Services, a representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand based company, is looking for an enthusiastic, social media savvy, positive and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Linkedin and Communications Specialist.
You will be directly reporting to the Marketing Manager and the purpose of your role is to manage Linkedin messages and connections for multiple accounts, as well as posting on social channels and content management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively search for new, high quality and relevant connections on Linkedin for several accounts.
* Manage and respond to all Linkedin messages in a timely manner.
* Send messages to new and current contacts. Build and maintain relationships with contacts.
* Understands what tone of voice is required for communications with contacts.
* Help with other social media tasks as required, such as posting and/or content management.
* Respond to comments on social posts in a timely manner and understand the necessary tone of voice.
* Perform other related duties as required by the Manager.
* Undertake projects and tasks as identified from time to time.
Key Attributes Required:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in recruitment
* Excellent copywriting skills are a necessity
* Excellent Linkedin skills, understanding of the Linkedin platform and how high quality connections can be made and maintained
* Good general computer skills - emails, documents, spreadsheets, using the web and general computer use.
* Fast reading ability in english and excellent english communication skills both written and verbal.
* Highly flexible & adaptable with a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks and assignments.
* Excellent organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and manage a range of tasks and projects with strict deadlines.
* The ability to be highly assertive where required.
* A high level of initiative.
* Accountable and trustworthy with the ability to handle highly confidential information and hold it in strict confidence.
* Strongly self motivated with a high-level of commitment to the role.
* Courteous, positive, polite, accountable and adaptable.
* Prepared to commit to the role for the long term (3 years minimum)
This is a full-time role and the usual working hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary, free health care and great perks such as paid two weeks off during the Christmas and New Year period.
**Stable internet connection and a working laptop/desktop at home is a MUST**
