We are looking for Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Ling Nam Restaurant. His/ her responsibility revolves around providing quality products, service, cleanliness, and managing and training people.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant course
Strong business awareness for achieving successful store performance
Ability to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Well-groomed and pleasant personality
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and mindset
Eagerness to be successful
Willing to be assigned in Makati City (San Antonio Village or Glorietta)
Can start immediately
