We are looking for LINE TECHNICIAN who will be responsible in maintaining mechanical and electrical components of manufacturing equipment and machinery in excellent working condition to support manufacturing goals and objectives.
About the Job:
Performs machine troubleshooting and line sustaining
Conducts preventive maintenance of production machines on a weekly basis
Coordinates with Production Engineer regarding status of machine breakdown
Coordinates with Spare Parts staffs for availability of consumable parts and parts for improvement
Conducts machine evaluation to improve process
Performs start-up of production machines at the beginning of production shift
Initiates projects for machine process improvements
Coordinates with Facilities regarding machine utilities
Performs machine re-build on non-functional machines
Participates in F10M and group meetings
Performs 6S on assigned machines
Performs repairs and maintenance of equipment to help in producing good quality products
About You:
Must be at least a Technical Course graduate
At least 3 years relevant experience as Maintenance personnel
Highly experience on machine troubleshooting and Preventive maintenance
Knowledgeable on maintenance documentation and procedure
With experience on leading a team to collaboration activity for solving a machine concern and quality issue
