1. Ensure that product quality are with approved company specifications
2. Ensure incoming deliveries of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials are within approved company specifications
1. Ensure that GMP Program ( Personnel Hygiene, Pest Control, SSOP etc. ) are properly implemented.
3.1 Conduct inspection of machine, equipment and personnel - verify cleanliness thru visual inspection.
3.2 Conduct area GMP Inspection
3.3 Monitoring of area temperature
3.4 Monitoring cleanliness of handwashing facilities.
3.5 Conducts daily hygienic inspection to all personnel
4. Inventory and monitoring of Raw Materials under QC custody
5 Ensure that all hold items has a disposition within one week.
