Our facility in Manila, Philippines has been operating since 1996 with key functions in Design and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing and other disciplines. This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.
We are presently seeking for Line QA Inspector that will provide support to Outgoing QA inspections and prevent missed shipment for demands in Smoke Sensors, HPS and Valeo. She will also support other customer requirement by Google Nest and Valeo i.e. auditing.
Main responsibilities: * Assures that all the required inspection process (ie. Final Test, Visual & Mechanical Inspection) are completely and accurately performed.
Sees to it that product meets the customer's specification and the company's quality standards.
Reports immediately to Production any lot rejection/ quality problems encountered during QA gate and Outgoing QA.
Qualifies new, modified and transferred machines. Also, qualify new, cross trained and re-certified Production Operator.
Performs other duties and assignments as may be instructed from time to time by QA Group Leader and QA Engineer.
Ensures that 5S are being implemented.
Requirements:
High school graduate w/ electronics or semicon experience. If college level, ok w/o work experience.
Fast learner, honest, flexible, w/ good communication skills.
