Responsible for production department's machines, equipment and tools' repairs and preventive maintenance.
Based on the maintenance plan and schedule, or work order as assigned by the maintenance foreman or maintenance supervisor, make machine repair or preventive maintenance.
Diagnosed and repair plant machineries such as, blown-film extruders, rotogravure printer, solvent-free/solvent-based lamination machines, slitting/rewinding machines, bagging machines,
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of machines and equipment (electronic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic).
Trouble shoot and repair SERVO drive power supplies, PLC's, and drive motors.
Trouble-shoot and repair corona treating units, control circuits and panel control units.
Trouble-shoot and repair winding and unwinding tension break web tensions, web guides, dancing potentiometers, electronic control boards, including calibration.
Trouble-shoot and repair barrel heaters, die heaters, contactors, thermo-couples and temperature controllers.
Replaced burnt-out or damaged carbon brush of D.C. motors and commutator motors.
Fabrication and modification of electronic and panel boards.
Prepare and conduct weekly and monthly preventive maintenance and accomplishment reports.
Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Production Managers for the problems involving machine breakdowns, maintenance and repairs.
Prepare maintenance reports and daily assignment.
Responsible for the storage and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
Can be assigned as electrician, and mechanic in the absence of the mentioned personnel.
Adheres to the company rules & regulations and other policies & objectives related to quality, health & safety, HACCP, ISO QMS, and GMP.
And, any other job to be assigned by immediate superior, provided, the task is related to the nature of his assignment.
