This position will monitor, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, as well as perform and maintain a preventative maintenance program for the production equipment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures that all machineries and facilities equipment are running in good operating condition and operating in accordance with standard procedures and safety measures.
Diagnoses and investigates causes of electrical and/or mechanical failures of plant machineries and equipment, and performs all necessary repair actions to ensure all equipment is maintained in the best possible operating condition and under the safest conditions possible.
Records observations of equipment wear, potential failure, and/or safety issues identified during Preventive Maintenance.
Conducts preventive maintenance on all plant machineries and facilities equipment in designated time with a high level of quality.
Assists with the installation of new equipment within the facility.
Responsible to actively participate in team meetings and support the development and implementation of new equipment.
Maintains all maintenance tools assigned in good working condition.
Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production scheduled hours and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine downtime.
Brings to Superior immediate attention any incident, issue, problem which requires immediate attention/resolution.
Establishes effective work relationships within the department and the company to maintain a positive and productive work environment and minimize personal conflicts.
Supports and follows company guidelines of food safety system.
 
Work Experience
Preferably with 1-2 years experienced in a manufacturing environment as In-Line Maintenance or equivalent specialized in working with electrical, electronics, and mechanical equipment
 
Academic Background
Candidate must be a vocational course graduate in Industrial Technology major in Electrical, or Electronics.
 
Competency Profile
Ability to solve practical problems or troubleshoot problems on production machineries and equipment's.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics and service manual.
Adept in using test equipment measurements.
Honest; High integrity: Good moral character.
Self-driven; industrious; possesses work initiative.
Can work under tight time pressure with minimal supervision.
Well-organized and meticulous with details.
Flexible and willing to learn.
