As the Equipment Engineer, you will design and implement programs for the purpose of improving tool OEE, UPTIME, MTBF and MTTR. You will support the strategy to improve overall maintenance cost and sustainable tool spare parts. You are an independent problem solver, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills. You should be an enthusiastic, motivational role model with a sincere interest in people.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create Plan to Improve tool Uptime, Reduce tool Breakdown and tool Repair time.
Develop a strategy to utilize preventive and predictive maintenance more effectively.
Develop and Create Cost Reduction plan.
Create obsolete parts and tool sustainable plan.
Ensure that all Tools are working within standards and at best performance
Lead Technical Reviews of maintenance procedure and ensure proper execution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in related field e.g. Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge in MINITAB
PREFERRED:
Previous Experience in Equipment Maintenance
Previous experience in Sorting and Picking tools

Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine client needs
Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
