5-10 yrs in construction survey
Oversee the entire operation of Line & Grade on site; Establish horizontal & vertical control points, lay-out of gridlines and reference elevation; Lay-out of excavation line and monitoring of elevation; Lay-out of location of columns, core wall, bearing walls, PC walls and beams (before and after pouring); Monitoring and checking of elevation of slabs plumbness of columns, core walls, bearing walls and PC walls; As-built survey columns, core walls, bearing walls, pre-cast walls and elevation of slab; Prepare as-built survey data and report; Establish reference line and elevation for tile lay-out for units, T&B and hallways and center line of doors and windows (for finishing works).
