BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Food Preparation
Rotate between Hot and Cold Stations:
Hot Station: Saute, Fry, Grill, and Roast
Cold Station: Chop, Slice, Salad and Sandwich Prep, Final Plating
Handle Inventory
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Certified in any cookery or culinary course or at least 6 months of experience in cooking
With experience in grilling and roasting
Willing to be trained for other positions in the future
Meticulous in the work
Fair English communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
