Aspiring Line Cooks with a great attitude and a desire to learn.
Candidates who have at least 6 months to 1 year of previous experience in a professional kitchen environment (prep cook, kitchen helper, or similar experience is a plus!).
Individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
Someone with a strong work ethic, a commitment to cleanliness, and excellent time management skills.
What You Will Do:
As a Line Cook Trainee, you will work closely with our senior cooks and chefs to:
Learn and master all station roles on the line (grill, fryer, sauté, etc.).
Execute dishes according to our established recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
Assist with daily prep work and inventory management.
