Job Description
Prepare food to the exact company standard specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the sous chef with their daily tasks
Will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces). Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards of the company. Prepare basic components of each dish on our menu using our proven recipes.
Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions. Clean up station. Stock inventory appropriately
Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies. Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-worker's
. Food preparation and portioning prior to service. Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time . Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
