* Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and timeframe exceeding customer expectations
* Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase and enhance customer relationship
* Processes transactions: accurately records, updates actions and outcomes against customer records, accurately completes all customer follow - up work
* Maintains knowledge of products, services and promotions
* Implements sales and marketing strategies of the campaign
* Represents our clients to their customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs and provides consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers
* Participates in various reviews and meetings for enhancing knowledge on the products and services of the end customer
* Attends periodic team and call center meetings, as well as trained sessions to develop skills and competencies
* Participates in additional projects as asked/required
Qualificaitions:
* Candidate must be at least Senior High School level;
* With effective communication and comprehension skills.
* With atleast 6 months of call center experience
