Job Purpose:
o The delivery of elite experience requires the successful integration of the distributor to FWD and as they progress to higher leadership roles
o Success means that all licensing and on-boarding requirements are complete and compliant with regulatory and business requirements to ensure that distributors are all set to go with their sales activities
o Requirements are the whole deck of end-to-end process from receipt to integration fulfillment. This includes regulatory licensing and registration and renewals, inter-company clearance, hierarchy validation for industry recruits, system set-up, payroll/bank enrollment, issuance of agency/GA/leader promotion/financing contracts, welcome letter and annexes, access to digital tools (portals/IRIS), and the like.
o Thus, this job/center of expertise is expected to act as the single point of contact to deliver the holistic integration experience in full collaboration with SMEs from other business units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end and whole deck processing from receipt to integration fulfillment
2. Manage the end-to-end process of regulatory and business registration and renewal
3. Reporting:Prepare reports related to pipeline, pending requirements, completion, TAT, etc for Distributor, SMT and stakeholder reference
Knowledge and Skills:
MS Applications especially Excel
Distribution Management System (DMS)
IC Enhanced Licensing System (ELS)
Education & Certification:
Preferred with bachelor's degree from Business Management, or related courses with curriculum focused on process and logics
No required certification
Experience:
Has experience in Licensing in other Insurance Company
Has experience in projects as SME, process engineer, workstream member, and/or workstream leader
Has experience working on process improvements
Strong sense of urgency accountability & performance
