About the Role
The Partnership Distribution Support - Channel Services Delivery - Licensing Analyst is responsible for ensuring that Licensing is able to effectively provide assistance to the Distribution Channels in handling licensing application, issuance and renewal and to provide an updated Database to include corresponding updates in the respective systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure best practice systems and procedures for the recording and handling of the following:
1. Licensing:
Responsible in coordinating with Training & Recruitment on the list of qualified BSEs for licensing
Responsible in coordinating with Insurance commission for the application & issuance of BSE licenses
Maintains the safekeeping, updating of forms, records and information of all pertinent documents required for licensing & issued licenses of BSEs
Responsible in updating & maintaining the Referrors Maintenance System & Bank Database file
Updates & monitors changes in segments, branch assignments, hierarchy & other BSE movements both in Agent Master Record & Sales Database file
Do quarterly checking of User Access of AMR for audit purposes
Generates monthly reports that are essential for the Licensing team to fulfil their responsibility.
Accountable for the accurate and timely release of Database and regular reports assigned by the direct supervisor.
2. Develop a reporting system that will monitor all queries & tracking of tasks assigned to him / her
3. Liaise with different departments for smooth delivery of all requirements & support
4. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor and / or Assistant Director for PD-Sales Support
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management
Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Computer savvy
General understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
Willing to be assigned in BPI AIA Makati Head Office
Skills in: multi-tasking, organization, prioritization, detail orientation
Ability to: work with a high sense of integrity and sense of urgency
