Licensed Pharmacist for paranaque/taguigWATSONS (SM)

Description
The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing, giving medicine information and monitoring drug therapies. He/ She works to legal and ethical guidelines to ensure correct and safe supply of medicines to the general public.
The position is also responsible for the delivery of all regulatory compliance and commercial result of the Drugstore through management of day-to-day operations and implementation of Good Pharmacy Practice (Store Environment, Dispensing Process, Health and Wellness Advocacy and Regulatory Requirements).
1. Implements pharmacy selling plans to deliver sales budget based on agreed overall store strategy
2. Monitors and reviews sales performance and implements selling plans to deliver sales budget
3. Manages the pharmacy, health and wellness planogram and expanded beauty area
4. Cascades monthly promotions for implementation
5. Checks and validates implementation of monthly promo
6. Coaches pharmacy assistants and monitors consistency the implementation of customer service and selling standards to sustain customer loyalty
7. Evaluate and correctly interpret prescriptions and liaise with Doctors if needed
8. Promo execution
9. Checks accuracy of prices and stocks
10. Competency Building and Assessment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Must be willing to be assigned at Watsons branch located in WATSONS PARANAQUE & TAGUIG AREA.
