College graduate, preferably in BS Customs Administration. Or any 4 or 5 year courses with keen interested to learn new field. Must be very good in numbers, Math, Logic, & Procedures. Honest, Hardworking, Fast learner, Diligent, Self initiative to complete tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
