1. Oversees and coordinates all property and building maintenance, ensuring that maintenance requirements and requests are completed in timely manner.
2. Engaging with contractors to arrange repairs, renovations and any other maintenance related concerns.
3. Assists administration in updating lease agreements between building owners and tenants.
4. Organizes property move-in and move-outs with approval of management or admin.
5. Takes billing of association dues and utilities of specific property.
6. Assists in required annual building permits and other government mandated obligations.
7. Payment of all association dues and property
8. Provides report, analysis and other information as required in coordination with document controller and accounting officer.
9. Reviews and provided constructive feedback to management/admin.
