Job Description:
1. Customer Support:
• In Patient visitation / discharge / assistance.
• Attend to policy / status queries and complaints during confinement.
• LOA (Letter of Authorization) Issuance / Assistance.
• Facilitate Provider related concerns.
2. Medical Claims Processing:
• In Patient Discharge computation.
• Process Claims in system.
• Evaluate accuracy of Excess of Benefit (EOB)
• Reviews Daily Statement of Account (SOA) for EOB
Job Requirements:
• Must be a College Graduate
• With at least one (1) year of related experience.
• Willing to work in Dumaguete
