WORK DESCRIPTION:
Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities with other agencies and groups such as: BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor's Office, Treasurer's Office, HLURB, City Hall, Municipal Offices, SEC, FDA, PRA, Immigration, Customs, IPO etc
Ensures complete documentation
Handles payment remittances and submission of necessary documents
Maintains a thorough understanding of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact
Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between the business and the other entity
Promptly respond to incidents and other events as necessary
Act as a positive representation of the business to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
A degree in Political Science, Social Science, Business, Commerce, Entrepreneurship or equivalent
With at least 1 year work experience performing liaison work with various government agencies
High attention to details, dependable with value for high work ethics and customer service
With good communication skills
Self-motivated with willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
Capability to negotiate with and influence others
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Must be willing to travel
