About the Role
We're looking for a senior IT support rockstar to lead the charge and ensure our clients' systems run smoothly. Technically hands-on, security-minded, and process-oriented systems engineer with strong experience in Azure, ProSeries or mission-critical applications, and automation, capable of owning infrastructure operations end-to-end and serving as a linchpin in the organization's cloud and tax processing ecosystems.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience with:
Azure infrastructure management, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and network services.
Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and security policies.
Active Directory (on-prem & Azure Entra ID) with hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, group policies, and SSO.
Strong background in business-critical software support (ideally financial/tax/accounting systems).
What you'll bring in:
5-7 years of total experience in system administration and hybrid cloud environments (mid to senior level).
Deep expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation of routine tasks (user provisioning, system monitoring, etc.).
Comfortable working with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, or Azure Resource Manager templates) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and alerting tools (Azure Monitor, Sentinel).
Knowledge of networking concepts (firewall, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).
Strong understanding of security best practices and ability to work closely with security teams to enforce policies.
Amenable to work on night shift & onsite (CEBU)
Certifications (Desirable)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
