Work Hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday (PH Time)
About the Role:
CoreBridge Solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Team Lead to oversee our legal operations. This critical role involves leading a team of legal professionals, ensuring top-notch legal compliance, managing client relationships, and contributing strategically to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a legal team, promoting professional growth and optimal performance.
Foster a culture of collaboration and development within the team.
Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
Ensure timely execution of legal tasks and projects.
Maintain effective communication with client law firms.
Implement quality control processes for high legal standards.
Provide legal advice and keep the team updated with relevant legal changes.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from a recognized law school.
Admission to a state bar.
5+ years of litigation experience, preferably with management responsibilities.
Proficiency in Litify/Salesforce with a focus on legal applications.
Strong skills in litigation and drafting legal documents.
Capability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in legal tasks.
Compensation:
₱70,000 base salary.
Benefits:
HMO coverage for you and two dependents post three months.
12 days of Service Incentive Leave after three months.
Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig).
13th-month pay, parental leave.
10% Night differential (for hours worked between 10 PM - 6 AM).
