The Legal Services Intake Agent ("LSIA") is responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls assisting consumers to provide information necessary to complete a Legal Services Agreement ("Retainer") for the Ultimate End User - the lawfirm affiliated with the Mass Tort/MVA/Injury Claim. The LSIA reports directly to a Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound or answer inbound calls as well as assist consumers who have specific inquiries as it relates to their or their loved ones injury, disability or accident
Maintain performance to program performance and quality goals and other client KPI's
Treat consumers with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others, upholding the values of GoHealth 360, LLC and our clients.
Exercise patience and empathy to the needs of a customer, particularly the targeted elderly demographic
Experience and Requirements:
Applicant must be 18 years or above
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or relevant working experience
Excellent attendance record and positive attitude
Must be able to speak fluently, speaking with an American accent is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be flexible, able to work nights and weekends
Driven, hardworking and committed individuals
Must demonstrate the ability to be persistent, without being overly aggressive; someone that will not give up easily
Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays of other unexpected demands.
Call Center experience preferred but not required
Ambitious and self-confident in phone based sales
Exhibit a caring, professional and enthusiastic demeanor when speaking with prospects.
Possess advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving and customer service skills
INTERNET & HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
MUST have 2 monitors.
MUST have backup internet. (prepaid will do)
8 GB of system memory.
i3 processor or higher.
Fiber or highspeed internet of at least 20MBPs. (both upload & download)
Windows 10 with Google Chrome web browser installed.
USB headset.
Malware and virus-free/protected computer.
Skype account.
Valid government-issued ID/driver's license.
