Description
The Legal Secretary shall provide support for the clerical and administrative requirements of the Firm, such as, but not limited to:
• Answer emails and phone calls, and when necessary, redirect calls.
• Assist administrative and clerical support staff
• Receive and sort mails and deliveries
• Provide secretarial support to one or more lawyers at the firm.
• Maintain attorney calendar by scheduling conferences, depositions, and meetings.
• encoding/drafting/revising pleadings, contracts, letters, and other documents assigned by the lawyers.
• assisting lawyers in coordinating with different government offices, or agencies.
• maintaining an efficient filing system.
• performing other functions as may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate supervising lawyer/s, or any supervisor as designated by the Partners.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Required skill(s): customer care, customer service and relationship management, clerical and office work, admin support
• Female
• Must have above average English communication skills
• Must be flexible and hardworking
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• With keen attention to details
• At least 1-year working experience in the same field
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
