LEGAL SECRETARY
The Legal Secretary is responsible in providing assistance and facilitates concerns to the Legal Counsels.
Responsible also in contracts disposal.
Responsible to inform the Sales Personnel and its branches by sending the detailed list of all contracts for disposal.
Responsible in receiving approved request for Board Resolution and Secretary's Certificate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in any Administrative related courses.
Preferably with 2 years related experiences.
